Graduation of staff from the Government of Iraqi Kurdistan in the areas of monitoring and forecasting

The Department of Meteorology today celebrated the graduation of the participants in the first part of the special training program in the field of aerial monitoring of trainees from the Kurdistan Regional Government, which is implemented by the Department in cooperation with the Middle East Academy of Aviation at the Training Center for Meteorological Monitoring and Forecasting. Meteorology and Middle East Aviation Academy where training and qualification of staff from the Iraqi Kurdistan government in the field of monitoring and weather forecasting were conducted. The two-week program was attended by three participants, Air d. Where certificates were distributed to the graduates in the presence of Director General of the Meteorological Department Acting Engineer Hussein Momani and Director General of the Academy of the Middle East Aviation Captain Rakan Mahmoud Qaraan and attend both D.movq Vraiwan, deputy director of academic training, and d. Abdul Moneim Al-Qarala, Director of the Training Center for Meteorological Monitoring and Forecasting. Engineer Hussein Al-Momani affirmed the continuous cooperation between the Meteorological Department and the Middle East Aviation Academy in the training programs in meteorological applications.
